About Abbe Quarles

To say that Abbe has a passion for real estate is an understatement. She is a Nashville native and former owner of a residential construction company that was given the distinction of being one of Nashville's Future 50 Companies. In working with national and local architects, she has been a part of more than fifty projects, including complete home renovations and luxury home construction for her clients, one featured on the network television show Nashville.

Abbe is a proud mom of four! She developed a heartfelt fondness for Palm Beach and West Palm Beach while becoming a resident during a construction project. My youngest son was born here. I have very special memories of that time. Something about the area always felt like home. After visiting many times over the years, she and her husband Steve decided to officially make West Palm Beach their home. Having a personal passion for home restorations, their hope was to find a Mediterranean Revival that was rare in the Nashville area. After a two-year search and multiple offers, their wait was over. They found a charming pink stucco built in 1925 in a historic neighborhood for them and their family to enjoy and make new memories.

Abbe is a dedicated supporter of The LLS Society. She has hosted many events with her children to raise funds and awareness of this meaningful cause. In 2007, she was given the honor of being a candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man & Woman of the Year campaign and chosen for the All-Star campaign in 2019. Her personal story with LLS began when her childhood friend's young son was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Due to advanced treatment options, he is now a cancer survivor!

Because of her years in real estate and construction, she firmly believes that an overall well-devised plan is both your best defense and your best offense. She understands the creative side of a clear design concept; the significance of prioritizing & planning, and the importance of effective marketing to give you and your home the best advantage in a competitive real estate market, which she calls putting ALL of the pieces together.

Abbe is a member of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach Preservation Foundation, the Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association, and author of the book Little Pink Houses.
